1. Service Cancellation

• Customers can request service cancellation via their Volyte account dashboard.
• Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

2. Refund Policy

• No Refunds for domain registrations, SSL certificates, third-party software licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, Windows licenses), or any non-refundable services.
• Web hosting services may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, except in cases of Terms of Service violations.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Customers who have used a demo or trial version before purchasing are not eligible for a refund.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations.
• Promotional or discounted purchases are non-refundable.
• Payments for cPanel, Plesk, Windows licenses, and other third-party services are non-refundable.
