1. Service Cancellation
- Customers can request service cancellation via their Volyte account dashboard.
- Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
2. Refund Policy
- No Refunds for domain registrations, SSL certificates, third-party software licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, Windows licenses), or any non-refundable services.
- Web hosting services may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, except in cases of Terms of Service violations.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Customers who have used a demo or trial version before purchasing are not eligible for a refund.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations.
- Promotional or discounted purchases are non-refundable.
- Payments for cPanel, Plesk, Windows licenses, and other third-party services are non-refundable.
