You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Clients are strongly advised to maintain their own backup solutions in addition to any backups provided by Volyte.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Volyte aims to provide 99.9% uptime for the Services, excluding planned maintenance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
