Volyte, as a brand of Cloud Server Private Limited, provides web hosting services, including but not limited to domain hosting, email services, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep this information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal activities or violating any applicable laws.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Service Fees and Payments
The Services are provided for a fee, which will be disclosed to you before you subscribe to any paid service. All invoices related to the Services will be generated from the registered GST of Cloud Server Private Limited, and the GST number associated with Cloud Server Private Limited will be reflected on these invoices. You acknowledge and agree that all applicable taxes, including GST, will be levied on the Services as per the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

7. Data Centers and Data Storage
Our data centers are located in the United States, Europe, and India. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be stored in one or more of these regions, and in some cases, your data may be transferred or stored outside of India, including but not limited to the US or Europe.

We take appropriate measures to safeguard your data and comply with applicable data protection laws in the regions where our data centers are located. However, by using our Services, you consent to the potential transfer and storage of your data outside of India.

8. KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirement

Volyte will make every reasonable effort to protect and backup data for clients on a regular basis. However, Volyte does not guarantee the existence, accuracy, or regularity of its backup services. Therefore, the client is responsible for making backup copies of any data in connection with their use of the Services. Clients are strongly advised to maintain their own backup solutions in addition to any backups provided by Volyte.

10. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

15. Service Availability & Uptime Guarantee
Volyte aims to provide 99.9% uptime for the Services, excluding planned maintenance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us for resolution. If a resolution is not reached, disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of [Insert Jurisdiction] laws.

17. Force Majeure
