Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between Cloud Server Private Limited, doing business as Volyte, and you.

1. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account security.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Illegal activities, phishing, malware, spam, copyright infringement, network abuse, and similar activities are strictly prohibited.

3. Payments, Renewals and Refunds

3.1 Payments

All services must be paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in this policy.

3.2 Renewals

Services renew automatically. Renewal invoices are generated approximately 7 days before the due date.

3.3 Money-Back Guarantee

Volyte offers a 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new Web Hosting plans and a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new VPS Hosting plans.

Refunds are considered only if you experience a genuine technical issue caused by our service that our support team is unable to resolve within the applicable guarantee period.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of usage, or if the service is no longer required.
  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal.
  • Domain registrations, renewals or transfers.
  • Dedicated servers, software licenses, setup fees and third-party services.

The Money-Back Guarantee is void if you violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Cancellations and Terminations

You may cancel services at any time from the client area. Volyte may suspend or terminate services for policy violations.

5. Backups

Although backup services may be provided, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Volyte is not liable for data loss.

6. Resource Usage

Services that excessively consume server resources or negatively affect other customers may be limited, suspended, or terminated.

7. VPS Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing and maintaining their VPS unless a managed service has been purchased.

8. Uptime Guarantee

Volyte targets 99.9% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Volyte shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Force Majeure

Volyte is not responsible for failures caused by natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or government actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
